After sustaining a back injury while a paratrooper in the 82nd Airborne, I turned to massage therapy to help alleviate my chronic pain. This singular goal led me down a 20 year journey as a Licensed Massage Therapist exploring how I could utilize massage therapy and movement re-education to move better and hurt less. As my understanding of human movement and pain science evolves, I continually learn new strategies and apply them to both clients and myself.
In addition to being a Synergetic™ Structural Integrator, I have a comprehensive knowledge in St. John Neuromuscular and Trigger Point therapies. After obtaining my Personal Training Certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine, I continued my education with NASM by completing their coveted specialization in Corrective Exercise.
My main priority is to utilize all my training and education to customize a personal and effective bodywork strategy that matches your individual wants and needs. Balanced Bodywork is NOT one type fits all. Schedule a session or consultation to experience what custom massage therapy and movement re-education can do for you.
